About

Owner Anthony Lehosit’s uncle Raymon Shields founded Raymon’s Restaurant in 1980 with recipes learned from his Italian immigrant mother Concetta Cava Shields. Over the years his namesake restaurant became known as a place for quality Italian food, a cozy atmosphere, and a place to gather for special occasions. Raymon had that special touch with his catering with many people still telling us stories of their wedding, birthday, or retirement dinners. He built a great restaurant and instilled an attention to detail in all who worked for him. Raymon was also joined by his nephew Anthony Lehosit Jr. in the late ’80s.
Nobody could forget Anthony’s smile when they entered the front door. Always catering to the customers with his special touch. They are dearly missed. Raymon’s great-nephew, Anthony “Tony” Lehosit and his partner Rhonda Janice have kept his dream alive. Not much has changed at Raymon’s over the years. You can still enjoy the same great recipes and the same cozy atmosphere as 40 years ago. We pride ourselves on being a family restaurant and a special place for that special occasion.
